William's primary focus is to guide our FOI International Field staff through and supervising them after the support-raising process. Success entails consistent and constructive assistance that trains, instructs, and propels our International Field staff toward character growth and becoming 100% funded. William's role employs a holistic strategy by simultaneously playing the role of shepherd, supervisor, and skill mentor to equip each worker effectively. Organizationally, William assists in creating a Ministry Partnership culture for FOI and developing systems and programs to keep our International Field workers fully funded.
